Recently finished construction on an exciting new garden room for a client in Stepps, Glasgow who wanted extra space for a home gym and recreational gaming area.
The clients required a durable, well-insulated structure with ample room for exercise equipment, gaming setups, and accessories. To meet these needs, Oakspan designed and built a contemporary 5m x 3m garden room annex on a reinforced concrete base.
The sleek exterior features low-maintenance anthracite composite cladding and matching PVC roofline. Generous windows and doors, i allow plentiful natural light while framing views of the surrounding garden.
Inside, the open-concept layout accommodates room for cardio machines, free weights, gaming desks, and more.
Oakspan worked closely with the clients to create the ideal layout and finishings to suit their active lifestyle and design taste. The final result is a modern, multifunctional garden escape right at home in the landscape.
